If you do not choose from the available clipart and instead send a written description of appearances, there is a high chance details may be interpreted incorrectly.

Creating these prints is very time-consuming when only basic or vague descriptions are provided, which can delay your order and affect accuracy.

You can personalise your print in one of the following ways:

Option 1 (Recommended):

✔ Select all people and pets using the clipart codes provided in the listing images.

Option 2:

📸 If you don’t wish to use the clipart provided, you must send a clear photo of each person and/or pet. We will do our utmost to recreate the likeness as closely as possible.

❌ Written descriptions alone (e.g. “older man, bigger build, brown hair”) are not sufficient and may result in incorrect interpretations.

Proofs & Amendments

❗ We do not send proofs before printing.

This is due to previous experiences where proofs were sent but not approved in time, leaving us no choice but to proceed with guesswork.

By placing an order, you confirm you are happy for us to create the design based on the details or photos you provide.

How To Personalise

Please leave your details in the “Note to Seller” or send us a message.

From left to right, please include the following for each person (add pets where you’d like them in the lineup):

1. Adult / child / baby (please give rough ages for children/babies for sizing)
2. Gender
3. Skin tone (clipart code)
4. Hair style & colour (clipart code)
5. Clothing (top/hoody/dress/onesie) & bottoms (clipart code)
6. Dog/Cat ID (if applicable)

Please also include the wording you’d like at the top of the print.
