All items at The Digital Vibe are designed, printed and packaged by us in Bournemouth, UK. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.
1. Processing Times
Because we make everything in-house, our dispatch times are fast:
Non-Personalised Items (Cards & Prints)
We aim to post within 24 hours
Personalised Items
We aim to post within 48 hours to allow time for designing and printing.
Need it quicker?
Send us a message — we will always try to help with urgent orders where possible.
2. UK Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Available services include:

Royal Mail 1st Class – estimated 1–2 working days

Royal Mail 2nd Class – estimated 2–4 working days

Tracked 24 / Tracked 48 – available at checkout

Cards and unframed prints ship as Large Letters

Framed prints ship as Small Parcels
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and chosen service.
3. European Shipping
We do offer delivery to Europe.
European orders are shipped via Royal Mail International or a partner courier, depending on destination.
Typical delivery times:

5–10 working days, depending on location
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs fees, import taxes or local charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Tracking
Standard Royal Mail services are not tracked.
If you need tracking, please select a tracked option at checkout (both UK + Europe).
Tracking details will be emailed once the order has been dispatched.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

It can be resent, but a new postage fee will apply

Personalised items cannot be refunded if the parcel does not return to us.
6. Delayed or Lost Parcels
Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after:

10 working days for UK 1st/2nd Class

7 working days for UK Tracked

20 working days for Europe
If your order is delayed beyond these timeframes, please get in touch and we’ll investigate.
7. Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with:

Clear photos of the packaging and item
We will replace your item as quickly as possible.
