Refund policy
At The Digital Vibe, we want you to love your order as much as we loved making it. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refund information below.
1. Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Most of our products are personalised, made to order, or custom printed just for you.
Because of this, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

Personalised cards

Custom prints
-
Name/date items
-
Bespoke designs
-
Framed personalised prints
-
Any made-to-order items
Exceptions:
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing error, we will replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
2. Non-Personalised Items
For non-personalised products (e.g., some general greeting cards, non-custom prints), you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, in line with UK consumer law.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

In the same condition you received it
-
In its original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake (it happens rarely but we’re human!), please email us at thedigitalvibeshop@gmail.com with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

A brief description of what’s wrong
We will send a replacement or issue a refund where appropriate.
4. Cancellations
Because many items start production quickly after ordering, we can only accept cancellations within 1 hour of purchase.
After this time, the order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
5. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 working days for your bank/provider to process it

You will receive an email confirming the refund
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our side.
